is information on the discontinued Barclays Global Investors Canada
Research Award, sponsored by Barclays Global Investors. The aim
of the reward was to reward excellence in Canadian capital markets
research. Each year, $10,000 was granted to the author of the best
paper, as determined by a panel of judges, on an area of Canadian
capital markets, including:
-Institutional investing;
-Pension fund governance;
-Pension fund portfolio management;
-Global investment;
-Alternative asset classes;
-Investor behaviour; and
-Any other area pertaining to Canadian capital markets
