Thursday August 25 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.	Flavour Trail Excursion View from ‘Domaine Charlevoix’ Discover the unique tastes of Quebec as you dine on various foods of the Charlevoix region. First, take a tour of ‘La Maison d’Affinage Maurice Dufour’ and enjoy a local cheese tasting. Next, stop for lunch on the terrace of ‘Domaine Charlevoix’, a recreation and tourist centre in Baie St-Paul. Save some room for your final stop at ‘Le Relais des Saveurs’ where you will choose from an appetizing selection of Charlevoix specialty products including smoked salmon, duck and seafood. Return to the hotel by 3:00 p.m. MEET IN LOBBY at 8:30 a.m.

Friday August 26 10:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.	Horse-Drawn Carriage Ride and High Tea Tea Room at the Manoir Richelieu Learn about the village of La Malbaie as you enjoy an hour horse-drawn carriage ride throughout the town. The driver of the carriage is fully informed of the area and will be able to answer any inquiries about this region of Quebec. Upon arrival, high tea will be waiting for you in the tea room of the hotel. MEET AT REGISTRATION DESK at 10AM
