Elizabeth Woodman
Elizabeth is a senior analyst
at the Bank of Canada's financial markets department. Her
work has mainly been related to monitoring and analysis of
domestic and global financial markets, domestic debt operations,
and monetary policy implementation. Recently Elizabeth has
been involved in a bankwide project looking at how to improve
financial data available to researchers working on issues
related to the efficiency of Canadian capital markets. She
is also working on a project investigating the investment
behavior of pension funds from a risk management perspective.

of Fredericton. As a research analyst his responsibilities
include investment policy and risk analyses. Ke Hua has a

Barbara Zvan is currently vice-president
with responsibilities for research and risk at the Ontario
Teachers' Pension Plan Board. Barbara is a Fellow of the Society
of Actuaries and is a member of the Canadian Institute of
Actuaries. She obtained her master's in mathematics from the
