area. Ticket and shuttle transportation provided. Rentals available at the
hotel or at the hill.
"Hands On In The Kitchen"
Join Chef Michael Lyon for a hands-on cooking lesson at Maple Leaf
Grill.
Michael will take you through the steps of preparing your lunch
menu which will be contemporary Canadian in flavour. Lunch follows the
class.
