Driving Directions
From Calgary International Airport (about 1 hour 45 minutes):
- Take Barlow Trail South to 16th Avenue
- Go west (right) onto 16th Avenue
- 16th Avenue becomes Trans-Canada Highway
1, which takes you right to Banff
- You must stop at the National Park Gates
to obtain your Park Pass
- 15 minutes passed the park gates exit
at the Banff/Lake Minnewanka exit.
- At the stop sign turn left on Banff Ave.
- Follow Banff Ave to the end and over
a bridge.
- After the bridge, turn left and stay
in the left lane onto Spray Ave.
- This street will take you directly to
the front doors of the hotel

bus company offering frequent transfers between Calgary International
Airport and Banff. Reservations are necessary.
As the conference's preferred service
provider, Banff Airporter is offering fares of approx. $35 Cdn

| Shuttles depart from
the International Calgary Airport every hour on the hour from
9:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. There are an additional two that
leave at midnight and 1:00 a.m. |
Shuttles depart Banff every hour on the hour from 6:00 a.m.
until 8:00 p.m. There is also an early special at 4:30 a.m.
(which requires an additional $10 fee).

Reservations are strongly recommended. Our reservation office
is open Sunday – Saturday 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
We ask for flight information and pick up / drop off details
in Banff. A credit card guarantee is required to hold seats.

3. For Brewster coaches, two
departures leave daily from Calgary International Airport to the
Banff Springs Hotel, and two return daily from Banff to the airport.
