Open cocktail reception and buffet dinner

Thursday, November 11

Johnson Canyon ice walk and lunch
9:00 a.m. meet in the Curio Foyer
Trek through Johnston Canyon to a world of frozen waterfalls and pillars of blue ice. This Interpretive guided walk along the canyon bottom and over suspended catwalks leads you past waterfalls frozen in mid-stream, and through a short tunnel for a close up view of the Lower Falls! The grand finale is the incredible "Cathedral of Ice" at the Upper Falls. (Tour approx. 3.5 hours)

Followed by lunch at Baker Creek Resort.

*Spouses should dress in light skiwear for this trip including hats, mitts and warm boots

3:00 p.m. arrive back at the Banff Springs Hotel

Cocktails and dinner (dress is business attire)
6:00 - 9:30 p.m. Cascade Ballroom, Banff Springs Hotel

Wilderness walk and yoga class
9:00 a.m. meet in the Curio Foyer

30 minutes wilderness warm-up walk, followed by a weights demonstration and yoga class.

Closing cocktail reception
4:30 - 5:30 p.m. Riverview Foyer, Banff Springs Hotel

Saturday, November 13
