Thursday's Dinner: Hillebrand Estates Winery

Thursday dinner will be held at Hillebrand Winery. A shuttle bus will make two trips to the winery to accommodate all delegates.

6:00 p.m. - First shuttle departs for Hillebrand

6:15 p.m. - Second shuttle departs for Hillebrand

6:15 - 7:15 p.m. - Cocktail reception and wine tasting

7:20 p.m. - Dinner will be served, followed by a dessert buffet and liqueur bar.

9:15 p.m. - Shuttle departs for Queens Landing making multiple trips.

Peter Trajkovski, Sommelier
Estate Wine Group (representing Hillebrand and Peller Estates Wineries)

Born in Toronto and raised in Southern Ontario, Peter Trajkovski has been in the food and beverage industry for 16 years. In 2003 he graduated Top of Class from the International Sommelier Guild program at George Brown College, Toronto.

Peter attributes successfully obtaining the prestigious designation of sommelier to his vast service skill set and his enthusiasm for the marriage of food and wine. Peter is anxious to use his sommelier status to lessening the intimidation many feel towards wine and food, and making this marriage more approachable and enjoyable for people.

Peter was integral in the opening and operation of four restaurants including Terrace on the Green (Brampton), Vineyard in the Square (Burlington), the Old Barber House (Mississauga) and Peller Estates Winery Restaurant (Niagara-on-the-Lake). Peter has been responsible for creating multiple high-end wine lists, based on international wine region and grape varietals.
