Pastry Chef, Constant Valois, welcomes you to a wonderful
Chocolate Workshop where even your creativity and skills will
be tested! Come learn the history of Chocolate,
its uses throughout the ages, different
brands and types, the ideal temperatures for cooking, and
so much more. Chef Constant is also willing to let you
work on your first Chocolate achievement. The workshop
will be followed by a chocolate tasting and champagne.
