Digital Photography Seminar
A half hour seminar on photographic theory and the functions and applications of your digital cameras by the previous photographer for the Prime Minister followed by an hour walking the beautiful grounds of the Chateau Montebello, taking photographs using the information that you learned during the seminar. A slideshow of your favourite images will close the morning.

Tour of Manoir Papineau
A short walk to the Manoir Papineau followed by a guided tour. This home is richly soaked in the history of 19th Century Lower Canada and showcases the life of Louis-Joseph Papineau, a prominent founder of the Montebello Region.

Chocolate Indulgence

Discover the History of chocolate. Chateau Montebello’s Pastry Chef, Constant Valois, welcomes you to a wonderful Chocolate Workshop where even your creativity and skills will be tested! Come learn the history of Chocolate, its uses throughout the ages, different brands and types, the ideal temperatures for cooking, and so much more. Chef Constant is also willing to let you work on your first Chocolate achievement. The workshop will be followed by a chocolate tasting and champagne.
