Goodman & Company Institutional Investment is a division of Dundee Wealth Management Inc., a publicly traded company on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Goodman focuses on alternative investments for pensions, endowments, foundations and other similar pools of capital. The purpose is to create value by isolating profit opportunities from the effects of public markets and generate absolute returns as opposed to returns relative to a market index. This includes hedge funds and fund of funds.

Dundee Wealth Management is an integrated financial services company with over 1,000 employees in offices in Vancouver, Toronto and Montreal. Companies affiliated through Dundee’s parent company, Dundee Bancorp, are located in New York City, Bermuda and Cayman Islands.

The roots of Dundee can be traced back to 1957 and a 50-member investment club. In 1963, this club was used to create Dynamic Mutual Funds in order to offer services to the general public.
